Advertisement (gone after registration)

I've received an email from UPS notifying me that an M8 is on the way!

Up until now my professional work has been dominated Nikon gear...

I'm looking forward to a bit of an adventure with the M8.

Houston Camera Exchange... a very good camera shop. Over the years, I've purched a lot of Nikon gear from them and a bit of Leica stuff. I've AWAYS been treated well by them! I got the last M8 they had, but their waiting list is not extreamly long!

He then has to pay the auction and paypal fees so? I see he has a Black demo for $4,500 also.

 

He's obviously trying to go over $4795 by auctioning on ebay. Do you see Tony Rose, Rich Pinto, B&H leica dealers auctions of new leica products on ebay? I think not. Stick with the best.

The auction says it should have been a buy-it-now for the $4795 price and they will end it and re-list as one. My question is why sell on ebay for the going price and pay the fees when I bet there are a hundred anxious people on this forum that would give them the going retail price? Go figure!!!!!

Sounds like he just wants to advertise and get the word out, e-bay is a great avenue to advertise your brick and mortor store . BTW i posted he had M8's available the last 2 days . I buy from Sean all the time and actually just bought my 75mm lux from him and i did buy a M8 from him. Very good dealer. He is not trying to get more money for it. He is a leica authorized dealer and they can't charge more than any other leica authorized dealer. Looks like someone bid on it and the buy it now went away, happens on e-bay all the time, reason he is relisting it
