Michael Geschlecht Posted July 17, 2016 Share #4245 Â Posted July 17, 2016 (edited) Hello Wall, Â The reason I only guess close but never answer exactly in any of these 3 games is that I currently do not have the ability to Post anything. Â If there is no one else with an answer, do you have another photo? You do choose good 1's. Â By the way, what is the answer? If there is nobody else playing right now. Michael Geschlecht Posted July 19, 2016 Share #4249 Â Posted July 19, 2016 (edited) Hello Mike, Â Even if you do not know any of these places personally there are always 1001 clues in each photo to narrow things down, as per latitude/altitude, climate, geology, flora, local costumes, technology, etc to help to determine the location. Â Sometimes a puzzle can be solved by a series of inclusions & removals of possibilities. war Posted July 19, 2016 Share #4251 Â Posted July 19, 2016 This one has gone on far too long with far too many hints so the answer is JUNEAU ALASKA. It's unique in many ways. It's at sea level surrounded by the Juneau Icefield that contributes to about thirty glaciers one of which is the Mendenhall. It's the only state capital that is not served by a road system as the terrain is too rugged, so the only way to get in and out of it is by sea or air. Â Anyone who is interested please post. Michael Geschlecht Posted July 20, 2016 Share #4258  Posted July 20, 2016 (edited) Hello Mike,  Could we be in the USofA West of Kearny Nebraska*?  Best Regards,  Michael  * Kearny, Nebraska is the mid point on the Lincoln Highway which is the USofA's first Transcontinental Hiway.  The Lincoln Highwayt begins at Times Square & 42nd Street in New York City & ends at Lincoln Park in San Francisco. Lincoln Park is just after Golden Gate Park, which is also in San Francisco. Edited July 20, 2016 by Michael Geschlecht
mikemgb Posted July 20, 2016 Share #4259 Â Posted July 20, 2016 (edited) It is in the USA and it is West of Kearny. Â As an aside, my wife and I take regular road trips and usually look for interesting routes, we drove the Lincoln Highway across Pennsylvania last year. Michael Geschlecht Posted July 20, 2016 Share #4260 Â Posted July 20, 2016 Hello Mike, Â Coming from the Western part of Pennsylvania: The Lincoln Hiway is called Route 30 in Pennsylvania until you are in Philadelphia where it changes to Route 13 for a mile or so & then becomes Route 206 going into New Jersey. Â Could we be in Colorado?Best Regards, Â Michael
