The world from above - Game Thread

Hello Arto,

On re-reading this Thread it would appear that I might have actually solved the question.

Unfortunately, I do not have the ability to put a photo in the Thread at this time, which is why I usually guess "wide" of the actual answer when I play.

It would be good if someone would put another photo here for us to try to locate.

Best Regards,

Michael

Not a difficult one I believe, shot from the top of a hill.

In the summer of '64 my best friend and I drove around North America singing for our supper (we both lost weight).  One dark night in the Great Plains when we were very tired and trying to find a place to pull off for the night our headlights did not quite illuminate a large sign at the side of the road.  I took my fiend's Zippo lighter, got out and went over to the sign. Moving the lighter across the wording I found the sign to say something like, "Bison are dangerous - Remain in your vehicle."  I got back into the vehicle very quickly.  Checking my journal from the trip I cannot find mention of that incident, but I suspect it was in western South Dakota (Custer State Park or elsewhere in the Black Hills), or across the border in eastern Wyoming.  That's my guess for your photo.
