Advertisement Posted April 20, 2011 Posted April 20, 2011 Hi Posto 6, Take a look here DMR BATTERIES AVAILABLE. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
topoxforddoc Posted April 21, 2011 Share #2 Â Posted April 21, 2011 Thanks. I just emailed them as the website said Euro 169 plus 19.5% VAT (Euro 249!!!). They said it was a mistake. They are Euro 209 plus VAT. Hmm, as I already have a few batteries, I don't think I'll bother.
farnz Posted April 21, 2011 Share #3 Â Posted April 21, 2011 Pretty much what I'd expect from that seller, Charlie. Their pricing mechanism seems to be: think of a number, multiply it by your age at next birthday, add the number of days remaining in the decade, subtract nothing, multiply it by the number you have just created and add the number you first thought of. Â An arithmetic formula and therefore entirely fair. In their eyes. Some of their prices make my eyes water - and for a Leica owner that's an impressive feat. Â Pete. Posto 6 Posted April 22, 2011 Author Share #4 Â Posted April 22, 2011 Rather odd those prices- I bought last night just before I entered this thread, and the price was EUR 199 less EUR 32.73 VAT a I am outside the EU. Looks like inflation is really taking off in Germany these days!
