Silver was sold next day. Â If you bought a black, shows how far apart the serial numbers are, if yours is silver, also interesting. Â Brett was yours black or silver? Â I think the summary is that serial number at the moment does not mean much. Â By the way, it was mentioned that modern manufacturing does not infer that serial numbers are sequential. A good example of this are Dell pc's, where the serial (tag) numbers is mostly letters, you have no clue from this number of it sequence or when it was made.
