Hi Jason If you are going to get a separate meter a Weston II, or III, to Euromaster, all have the calculator to use the (some subset of the) zone system if you want to. If you get one that is still working after 60 years it might work a while longer, with case, filter and invercone they are still real cheap, from a dealer with warrenty. If the camera has not been adopted for the non mercury cell, you can have Shokety diodes, inserted in the wiring to drop the voltage and allow a silver reference cell to be used instead or you can use a hearing aid battery, with spacers.
