girphoto Posted January 23, 2007 Share #25  Posted January 23, 2007 Unfortunally, many are addressing them to Germany, (just a joke), I have been very nice to mine and in turn it has been nice to me. I think "sir charles" would do it.  Just attached some images from Sir Charles , with out the updating from Germany.  Thanks Gary  Gary I. Rothstein, Photography Welcome, dear visitor! girphoto Posted January 24, 2007 Share #28  Posted January 24, 2007 Gary, do you work at Cape Canaveral? If so, make sure to take some shots at the next launch, to determine dynamic range Hi Carsten  No I do not work at Kennedy Space Center as an employee. I am a freelancer for the european pressphoto agency and cover the space center for them. That is to say everything that goes on at KSC, I am there. I will be using the M8 in a few weeks at the next rollover of Shuttle Discovery and then the rollout from the Vehicle Assembly building to the launch pad. If I can make or find a remote cord, I will use the M8 on the next launch. I will than post some of thoes images. In talking to Tom Abrahamsson ( the maker of the soft release button) he suggested shooting black & White at 1250 ISO on daylight white balance. I did that on a shoot last week covering a championship boxer during training in a low light gym and will post some of thoes images later today. Thanks for the note Gary  Gary I.
