Nocti Illuminates Christmas Tree Lighting

Our neighborhood in Washington has a tradition of lighting a Christmas tree -- a pine tree that towers over a small cul de sac. Last night, parents and kids sang carols, drank hot chocolate, and marveled when the tree was lighted. I brought my M9 and Noctilux f/0.95. To me, purple fringing around the candles notwithstanding, it was a pretty good test of what the Nocti can do with only candles for illumination. (All shots at ISO 800.) Happy Holidays to you all. Thank you all so much. I have learned one trick in focusing the Nocti in the dark, which is to try focusing on the light reflected in the eyes. That and the 1.4 magnifier ;-) Cheers, and thanks.

Well it certainly appears that your focusing trick is working, because you nailed the light reflected in their eyes, well done, I agree with the prior comments and would be hard pressed to pick a favorite.
