Yes, or at least crop out the little highlights at the far right. Nice subject & light!

Yes I agree with Kirk, I think all it needs is a slight crop of the highlights in the right, well or if you're able to darken those?

Have really been struggling with the crop on this one, not sure if I really like this, but I want to keep and like the effect of the blurred face to the right but it doesn't really seem to balance with the blown out area caused by the stall lighting
