Â Here's what I learned from Leica today: if you enter the serial number and/or the repair order number (assigned by Leica in Allendale) on the Service and Repair website, it won't work. What will work is the repair order number assigned by Leica in Solms, which hopefully those of us in this situation will receive shortly after arrival of the camera in Germany.
