farnz Posted November 19, 2010 Share #1 Posted November 19, 2010 Advertisement (gone after registration) Most of us probably had at least two shots that we were considering as our entry for the One Challenge and with so many excellent entries it would be interesting to see which shots didn't quite make it so please post your 'nearly made it' in this thread. I'll start the ball rolling with "Focal Point". Pete. Welcome, dear visitor! Sandokan Posted November 19, 2010 Share #3 Posted November 19, 2010 I only had 3 shots in my film that were not completely ruined by light leaks in that "new" refurbished M3 :-( Lesson learnt - never use a brand new camera without first completing the testing on it. And the worst thing is - I put my last 3 rolls of Kodachrome through it too and they also came back today ruined.

StS Posted November 19, 2010 Share #6 Posted November 19, 2010 The team of the Osteria San Marco was extremely helpful, please find two more images taken there below. I have sent them prints, firstly for reviving me with an excellent caffè and secondly for joining in the spirit and supporting my quest for an image worth to be shown. Stefan Welcome, dear visitor! Sandokan Posted November 19, 2010 Share #8 Posted November 19, 2010 Thanks Guys - I had no chance of winning as the shot by John was a clear class leader but I am dissapointed in this camera which I bought as it was made in a "special" year for me and was my "dream" to won such a camera. Those that saw it, know it looked special but alas, beauty is only skin deep so off to the techies it goes.
