Posted January 17, 2007 Share #2 Â Posted January 17, 2007 The answer must be yes, as the dealer through whom I had ordered a black M8 (less than three weeks ago) called to confirm that he will have it by Friday. Â At the same time, just because a shipment arrived, that obviously doesn't insure that all dealers will receive them. Rob My dealer called last week and said my Black M8 would ship this week>> I ordered in august and was 1st on the list. A few Silver M8 came in in December. robsteve Posted January 18, 2007 Author Share #5 Â Posted January 18, 2007 I bought and paid for mine just before New Year, so I have to take it from my dealer when he gets it. Â I don't feel to bad about waiting because my original black M8 came in on the Friday evening before Christmas and since I am in Canada and the Dealer is in the USA, I figured I would be lucky to get it before the New Year, even if he shipped it on the first shipping day after Christmas. When I got the message the camera was in I called the dealer and told him if he has a local that wanted it for Chrismas, sell it to them. That he did. Incidentally, he was the dealer I got my DMR from too. Â I am now waiting for the second M8 my dealer gets in. Roger-- Just curiosity: Your "class"? And "They will be providing..."? Â Do you teach the class? And I assume it's Fotofusion who will be loaning the cameras? Could you tell us more?
