marknorton Posted January 13, 2007 Share #2 Â Posted January 13, 2007 Yup, that's the magenta "problem". Were you expecting your camera to be, somehow, different? We're all waiting for our free filters. And the FREE ones as well.
bab Posted January 13, 2007 Author Share #3 Â Posted January 13, 2007 Nope but im an optimist so I thought maybe mine would be different, but you know what they say they all look the same! Â Cheers Barry
gogopix Posted January 13, 2007 Share #4 Â Posted January 13, 2007 Except for Smoking, the color inthe M8 shots are there, we just dont see them. I actually like the jacket color! Â Keep the picture and just tellanyone who complains that they are partially color blind (which is true, relative to snakes) :-)
Cruewell Posted January 13, 2007 Share #5 Â Posted January 13, 2007 Look at the man's skin tone! That jacket suits him way better than a black one! Â Had you said nothing, who would have known? It's like you're playing tennis, freeze your opponent with a stunning ace serve, and then you confess your serve was aimed to the opposite corner! No! Don't do this to yourself! Exploit weaknesses to your own advantage! Â When I get my M8 I'll never tell people who are not direct witness to the picture-taking the true colours of what I shot! Damn, did I just blow away my chances for the W. Eugene Smith Grant??? Â Seriously, if You hadn't said the jacket is black I would have spent hours looking at the photograph trying to find the dreaded Magenta Cast. I can't wait till I start shooting with my M8.
