Tony C. Posted January 13, 2007 Share #3 Â Posted January 13, 2007 Hi Bill, Â I like that shot quite a bit. I have a newly acquired Noctilux, and am awaiting the M8. Are you using any filter with the lens? Also, are you happy with your Summicron? Â Thanks, Â Best regards, Â Tony C.
Bill Sievers Posted January 13, 2007 Author Share #4  Posted January 13, 2007 I am waiting for the filters. I can't find them in any stores. The IR sensitivity has not crimped my style overall. Frankly the lack of a decent auto WB has caused more inconvenince for me. But I am honing my manual WB (Expodisc) and post processing (Lightroom) technique. I like the IR effect in BW. Its a great camera, notwithstanding all the hiccups.  It is great with the Noct since it tops out at 1/8000 and the focusing is a dream. It is also great with the 28 cron.  You can really push this camera in alot of different directions.    Hi Bill, I like that shot quite a bit.
