mdozier Posted September 16, 2010 Share #1 Posted September 16, 2010 Advertisement (gone after registration) I have a unique opportunity in April and had hoped to use my last dozen rolls of K64 for this event. I spoke to Dewayne's in hopes of hearing a glimmer of a chance that they will still be processing some Kodachrome randomly next year. No was the response. It seems they're fairly staunch about it and didn't want me to have any false hope that they would change their minds. I suppose it really is the end in spite my naive and unfounded hope otherwise. too bad. m

SteveYork Posted September 17, 2010 Share #2 Posted September 17, 2010 I never shot Kodachrome until the second half of this year, but that's all I'm shooting now, because come December, it's over and gone.
earleygallery Posted September 17, 2010 Share #3 Posted September 17, 2010 Get shooting those last rolls now, and make them count!
innerimager Posted September 17, 2010 Share #4 Posted September 17, 2010 Never had the pleasure, so I got 10 rolls recently. I just moved to Northampton in western MA and plan to let this fall foliage season provide the canvas of my one and only experience with Kodachrome. best....Peter
4X5B&W Posted September 17, 2010 Share #5 Posted September 17, 2010 My current batch has taken twice as long as usual to process, so that may be the case from here on in. Govern yourself accordingly
Nicoleica Posted September 18, 2010 Share #6 Posted September 18, 2010 I've just had a couple of rolls processed and returned in 10 days. Considering the journey involved, which includes several countries and two transatlantic voyages, I don't think that's too bad.
