graveur Posted August 9, 2010 Share #1 Posted August 9, 2010 Advertisement (gone after registration) As a new owner of the V-lux 20 i am trying to understand it, and how to set it up. i printed out the manuel, but some problems are not in it. i have turned off the GPS but the battery power still disappears too quickly. I've had mine about a month and am very impressed with it, picture quility is up there with my D2. With the GPS off, the battery should last all week with heavy shhoting, but the following may help:- 1) Did you fully charge the battery when you first got the camera. 2) Do you leave the LCD illuminated for long lenghths of time. Other possibilities are:- 1) faulty Battery 2) faulty charger Try a fully charging spare battery, a good 12 hous initially. Alan Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
