elansprint72 Posted January 1, 2007 Share #1 Posted January 1, 2007 Advertisement (gone after registration) What do you think guys, is this an acceptable standard? I don't know much about macro shooting. I used a mini-tripod and 10 sec delay timer. Cheers, Pete.
Advertisement Posted January 1, 2007 Posted January 1, 2007 Hi elansprint72, Take a look here V-Lux 1 macro autofocus. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
stumac Posted January 1, 2007 Share #2 Posted January 1, 2007 Hi Pete, I think that this is as good as it gets, the camera has focused on the edge of the bezel. If it was my shot, I would probably try to put the line of focus across the center of the 24 dial at this angle or try to take more square on to have more in focus. At this magnification the very narrow Dof is the killer. Regards, Stuart
imported_steven Posted January 1, 2007 Share #3 Posted January 1, 2007 Pete, The photo looks good. Did you take the photo of the Seiko because of the crack or scratch on the crystal? I just purchased a new V-Lux1 and Iam enjoying it. steven
