John Maio Posted December 29, 2006 Share #2 Posted December 29, 2006 The "golden hour" colors contribute greatly to this image. I like it!
stuny Posted December 29, 2006 Share #3 Posted December 29, 2006 Alan - Terrific color, light, detail, bokeh and framing. Technicals?
wilyum Posted December 29, 2006 Share #4 Posted December 29, 2006 Splendid shot, Alan! It looks a lot like a Water Ouzel, which is definitely a water bird. If any one can further identify this bird, I'd like to hear from them. Best regards, Bill
telyt Posted December 29, 2006 Share #5 Posted December 29, 2006 Very nice photo! If it's in North America I'd say it's in the family Icteridae which includes grackles and blackbirds; if Icteridae, my guess would be either a Common Grackle or a Rusty Blackbird. If it's not in North America I'm almost clueless

stuny Posted December 29, 2006 Share #7 Posted December 29, 2006 Advertisement (gone after registration) Alan - When I do that I do not find "View" as one of the choices, and "Properties" gives too little data.
