monitor calibration

All Monitors used for image processing must be calibrated to get consistant results.

The Eye-One is the best one out there.

But monitor calibration is just one step on getting a fully color managed workflow.

I suggest everyone doing post processing and printing get and study Fraser and Rodney's books on color management.

Eric,

I use a Gretag-Macbeth Eye One Display to calibrate my monitors and it works great. Trying to post-process photos without a calibrated monitor is a waste of time.

Where in Sta Cruz de Tfe are you? I used to live near the Mercado until I moved away 26 years ago. Do you know Manolo Aldana? If so, tell him Fernando from Tejas says hi!
