Name this car....

As Ronald‘s very precise hint apparently was not enough, here is a full picture of the interior. The car is pretty rare (production of around 400).

I was a about to guess Muntz Jet (early 1950s) from Madman Muntz, but Andreas' last comment makes me doubt that.

This is correct! Maybe the guy is more famous than I thought. Will post the full car later.

I believe the 400 number was what Muntz hoped to sell but the true number of manufactured and sold cars is probably less than 200. Still he did a lot better than the original designer Kurtis Kraft did, who may have sold as few as 17 of the Kurtis Sports Cars, from which the Muntz derives. Kurtis Kraft did much better with his midget and Indy cars and the road racing 2 seat version of his Indy roadsters the 500S, which looks like a shark playing a chromed mouth organ.

Thank you, Andreas.  Here's the next one.  all the usuals, and extra points for naming the song that mentions this car:

Rona!d got the car, and Wilson got the song.  the car is at the Peterson Museum in Los Angeles, and the song was used in the opening credits of All In The Family.  You turn Rona!d.
