The rule is that you have to solve a riddle first before you can post. It is Wilson's turn I'm sorry. This is a topic I rarely follow. I was ignorant. I will step to the back of the line. wlaidlaw Posted December 3, 2018 Share #11711 Posted December 3, 2018 I had hoped to find some nice car photos on a B&W film I just got back and scanned today with my Leitz BEOON/SL601 device. The photos I know I took, must be on a film in another camera body. Now that I have 13 working film Leicas (plus one non-working replica UR and two that are either getting or need attention), I tend to loose track of which film is in which body 🤯 Wilson
stuny Posted December 5, 2018 Share #11712 Posted December 5, 2018 Well, let's try this one: puzzle
wlaidlaw Posted December 5, 2018 Share #11713 Posted December 5, 2018 (edited) Hi Stuart, That is not displaying properly. It just gives a link, which downloads a file called "Puzzle" with no file suffix. I can see the contents in Photoshop, if I add .jpg after the file name. I have tried in various browsers, so it is not a Safari issue. Wilson PS I know that car (New Zealand) but have nothing to post, so will leave it to others. IkarusJohn Posted December 6, 2018 Share #11715 Posted December 6, 2018 (edited) Looks like a Morris 8 (with NZ plates) - post war. But were they made 4 door? I think my parents had one, then my father bought a huge, late 40s Chev. Edited December 6, 2018 by IkarusJohn
stuny Posted December 6, 2018 Share #11716 Posted December 6, 2018 John - No. Pre-war and a different marque.
IkarusJohn Posted December 7, 2018 Share #11717 Posted December 7, 2018 Singer Bantam 9, circa 1939? Not sure why I'm doing this, as I don't have a car to post ...
stuny Posted December 7, 2018 Share #11718 Posted December 7, 2018 John - I think you need to run out right away and shoot a car since you won. Your turn. This car is in the settler's museum in Dunedin - An excellent museum.

stuny Posted December 17, 2018 Share #11720 Posted December 17, 2018 With no word from Pico as to how his treatment is going, let's try this one: We know it's a Cadillac from about 1950, but who did it belong to?
