...It is a Zonda S. It was bought by my sister-in-law after a very good lunch with Sig. Pagani. My brother asked me to drive it a couple of days after this photo was taken. I thought it was a horrible car......The clutch was heavy, the brakes were heavy and too front biased and it really did not seem that fast to me....the gearchange was sticky and heavy. When I told my brother and sister-in-law, what I thought, their reply was:"so it wasn't just us?"....

You might take comfort, Wilson, that you are in very good company with your assessment of the Zonda. Here is what Lewis Hamilton MBE had to say about his own special one-off;

..."...terrible to drive............the worst-handling car (I've) ever driven..."...

If you are all sure that it is my turn then I will post this for your enjoyment;

As much as you have but I'm not setting the bar too high!

Good luck everyone!

Good that I did not buy the Zonda 😉

The Bugatti has an interesting color combination.

Those were the colours that my brother had all his vintage racers painted in. Nobody ever said the Veyrons were pretty.

The colour is the correct one for it’s nickname 😉

I'm not au fait with the model's nickname, Nigel, but perhaps 'Moby Dick' wouldn't be too inappropriate...

I'll sort out another crop later but be warned; I don't have many snaps from which to make my choice!

No; not a Ford - European or otherwise - Andreas. Another crop?

Nice to see the GRRC being championed!

Time for another helping-hand?

The rear 3/4 bit. Not exactly the most elegantly handled design solution from this manufacturer whose previous fare - almost without exception - had always been rather handsome. It might feature many of the hallmarks of an early '70s Detroit Pimp-Mobile yet, surprisingly, it isn't!

Congratulations and thanks for playing, folks, and over to you, DK, for identifying the thing correctly!

Yes; it is a Renault 11 a 1980 Bristol 412 / Beaufighter. Nowhere near up to matching Bristol's previous efforts in the Elegance stakes IMO but an interesting curiosity nonetheless.

EDIT : Although I might be teasing the poor thing with its 'Renault 11' credentials the Bristol actually pre-dates the 11 so The Regie might have taken inspiration from this model!
