Here is the full car without the logos etc.

As far as the model is concerned, its designation starts with the same number as the most popular model of this maker today.

Yes a BMW 3/15. Dixi was the company that BMW bought in the 1920s, who produced this car. Until then BMW was known as manufacturer of aircraft engines and motorcycles. So this was the first BMW car. Interesting that the 3 series still is the most popular model.
