willeica Posted September 17, 2018 Share #11389  Posted September 17, 2018 It is a Cadillac. Not a V16 and I also need the model number, which is a somewhat unusual number.  William  PS I had cropped the badge on the headlamp in the first photo, but when there were no takers I decided to include it in the second photo. The car is beautifully restored.

willeica Posted September 18, 2018 Share #11391  Posted September 18, 2018 I will give it to you, Wilson. It is a Cadillac V8 Model 341.  Welcome, dear visitor! wlaidlaw Posted September 18, 2018 Share #11392  Posted September 18, 2018 I think Stuart should have it. I thought it was an Auburn. Once I knew it was a Cadillac and you said the odd number, I knew it had to be a 341. I was given an unfair advantage.  Wilson
willeica Posted September 18, 2018 Share #11393  Posted September 18, 2018 (edited) No problem. It was a ‘team effort’ anyway.   William Edited September 18, 2018 by willeica

stuny Posted September 19, 2018 Share #11398  Posted September 19, 2018 Well done. Your turn  There were dozens of high-end high performance cars on the streets of Boston on this particular early Saturday morning in July. I never did find out what the event was. You can see more of them in the Photo Galleries - North America - Boston pages on our site. The Panoz on page 571 of this thread was there, too. Welcome, dear visitor! stuny Posted September 19, 2018 Share #11400  Posted September 19, 2018 The color suggest military, and the tread and size suggest something of the size of the WWII and Korean War US Jeeps, though the bolt pattern is not Jeep. Perhaps even the German Schwimmwagen of that era.
