glenjazz Posted December 1, 2009 Share #1 Â Posted December 1, 2009 Advertisement (gone after registration) Hello. I just received 2 A36 clamp-on filters for my Leica O series camera. One is a yellow filter engraved - 2 E. Leitz Wetzlar Germany, and the other is an orange filter engraved Or. Ernst Leitz GmbH Wetzlar Germany. Would someone be able to tell me what exposure compensation I should use for these filters? I tried holding them over the sensor on my Luna Pro meter but I was getting unsteady readings. I'm thinking that about +1.5 for the yellow and +2 stops for the orange would be about right. Am I in the ballpark? Thanks, Glen

giordano Posted December 1, 2009 Share #2 Â Posted December 1, 2009 I feel that is overdoing it a little: maybe 1 stop for the Yellow 2 and 1.5 stops for the Orange. But the best thing to do is to experiment a little and decide what suits you.
