The Summilux SL50 ASPH is a whale. If you've got it, this tip may be useful. I shoot vertical mostly (and often need to line up the entry pupil with the pivot without the flimsy panoramic tra-la-la). The Novoflex Adapter Collar Mount ASTAT-SL designed for the Vario-Elmarit-SL 24-90mm and has an inner diameter of 84.8mm. The Summilux SL50 ASPH, has an outer diameter of 85.5mm and is a shade too fat to fit the ASTAT-SL collar. A thinnier inner nylon ring would do the trick but is not forthcoming from Novoflex for the time being; so this is my solution: a longer screw.

I'm not even sure where I read it it, but this is a smart thingy! When you're in development mode (the second panel in LR), you can get overwhelmed by all the open drop down boxes.Especially when you have to scroll between standard tools and tools that are more to he bottom, it becomes annoying quickly. So here's the tip: scroll down in either the left or the right toolset until you reach the area right under the last drop down box, right click in that area and choose "solo modus". As from that moment, only the box you actually use is open and the rest stay closed until you click on one of them. Here's a screenshot, albeit in Dutch (but you'll get the idea) Have fun.
