Probably the thinnest ultra slim lens filters in the world

While browsing several neighborhood community forums I have stumbled upon what I consider the thinnest (1.2mm) lens filters I have ever seen. They are called "eins SUPER PROTECT FILTER" from their UNX-9000 series* and apparently sport the German SCHOTT glass. Super hard to get, these brutally thin filters are a perfect match for any lens that does not command an additional thread in front. I use one on the Steel Rim reissue (46mm, model UNX-9625)**, see photos attached. Regarding the thickness, B+W filters (XSP line) and Cokin (Pure Harmonie line) that were considered the thinnest out there are about 3mm in comparison, more than double the size of eins. The package comes with a round rubber pad that is used to friction tighten the filter's threadless front. The price is around 21 euros (3300 Yen), some nasty scumbag scalpers can charge triple on eBay. Yodobashi and Amazon.jp stock them sometimes but hardly any other major camera store. *I am in no way whatsoever related or sponsored by this company. **NO included lens hood fits the new Steel Rim with this filter attached despite its ultra thin size.

I have been using A7R2/ R3 / M3 thin mod cameras for more than six years. I have used many Leica original or Zeiss, Sony FE lenses... After the thinning of the Sony body, the edge of the image improved. Even a 35/50mm lens can be more high definition, sharp image, reduce the sense of fog. I own a 50mm Summilux from 1989, the black anodized version. Like everyone, I understand the issue with filters not working with the reversible lens hood on the 50 Summilux lenses that took 43mm filters, even the special editions of the current ASPH. My question: Did Leica make special thin filters for the black anodized version that allowed the use of the 12586 hood? I have seen the thin filters that Leica made for the early chrome 50 Summilux versions, and know these allowed the use of the reversible hood. My understanding is that these chrome filters and lenses had a finer thread pitch. And that the later black version had a different thread pitch. So wondering if Leica made a special thin filter for the version I own. Searched the forum, etc, but can find no mentions of this.
