After very hot days it was today a bit cooler because a series of rainshowers. After such a shower I felt to rush down into u garden to take a breath of fresh air and look for some motives. Sun was almost gone but a glimpse of warm light could still be given back to the picture. Olympus EM5 with Leica Panasonic Nocticron 42.5/1.2 Asph.

this was a most difficult attempt to frame this subject on a windy evening in our garden. My Canon 5D MKII was mounted with the Elmarit R 60 mm macro plus an extension tube. Well the whole procedure kept me busy for a while.

this huge peony blossom I discovered a few day ago in a foregarden where I pass every on my walk to my office. Today in the afternoon coming back to that place I had my Olmypus OMD EM5 ready, armed with my Summicron R 50 mm. This is a slightly cropped version.
