I should confess that I don't like this practice and I'm trying to start a new project to denounce it, but I know that our dear forum member Louis likes it and once mentioned to me that he would love to shoot a series about butchers that he can't find in the US. I took this shot for you Louis, and I was about to post it when I saw your Steakhouse post, what a coincidence ha?! :-) If you'll ever come to Lebanon, this could be a project of its own for you to work on, I should start mine but so far, I'm not having the required amount of courage to do it... Perhaps this shot will help me push the START button! To the rest of my dear forum members, I hope this image won't be disturbing to you and i apologise in advance in case it is. Your comments and critiques are always welcome as usual.

since there was not to much rush on a grey sunday morning and one of these fellows did enjoy his meal openly. All the wooden bridges over their territory were closed due to slippery planks and so they felt somewhat relaxed. There was a fence and this was almost being dissolved by the lens. Eventually patterns on the snow were slightly reduced by dodging. Bielefeld, Tierpark Olderdissen Shots all with Canon 5D MKII + Telyt R-250 on monopod.
