We've had a period of unsettled weather recently, from storm-force winds, hail and torrential rain to flat calm with clear blue sky and back to gales again within hours. What this brings is why these Islands are so popular with landscape photographers, The light, cloud formations and sea conditions are often dramatic, especially at this time of year. That took me by surprise. After registering both on the website, I found that my BP and APO had matching serial numbers with the last three digits. Long story short. I placed the order for both late October at Leica Store IFC, Shanghai. Received the M10-R about two weeks later, with no luck of picking up the APO until last weekend. Initially I didn't give a second thought because the combination doesn't mean a lot to me, but my friends who are in the Leica world for long enough told me that I should consider myself extremely lucky. 😇 What do you think?
