I recently purchased a Leica 75mm Noctilux f/1.25 lens. On page EN (English) 23 of the lens' Instruction Manual there are recommendations that when shooting an M-series camera with the 75mm Noctilux installed that the photographer support the lens with one hand UNDER the lens - as if the M body were not strong enough to support the lens on its own. I find it very awkward to shoot with one hand under the lens and one hand on the M body. Is the weight of the 75mm Noctilux TOO heavy for the mounting flange if my M10? How concerned should I be?
