I spotted this rather distinctive young lady at an open-air fitness event in my city and simply asked if I could take a photograph of her. I just love her unconventional look and individualism which challenges society norms. She said that Rollerblade Derby was the most important thing in her life. To me she demonstrates that there is more to young people than drugs and violence. Leica M240 + 35mm Summarit-M f2.5 @ 400iso Gerry

After taking this shot, I wonder why black's buy Indian hair. I had to find out. It seems as wigs went out of fashion for Caucasian women, a new fad swept through the African-American community. Suddenly I have got a horizontal line on my pictures with my Leica M-P. It happen suddenly between two pictures. I have exchanged lenses, memory card and updated firmware. I see the vertical line both on my LCD screen and in Lightroom. See attached picture for reference. Does anyone know how to overcome this issue? (I see it both on .dng and .jpg files).

walking through a forest growing on sandy soil we found a manifold variety of photographic attractions. My mushroom collection I'll show later. On a meadow with grass and heath there were hundreds of cobwebs shining in the late morning light. We could have spent hours to crouch, lying in the mud, trying to get a clou how to frame this fluffy stuff. I am afraid this series lost a lot of details due to compression to forum size. But you may yet have a look at this attempt. all with Canon 5D MKII, Elmarit R 60 mm + Leica Apo 2x converter, tripod.
