In May we went for a daytrip and it was the first outing for my R-lens Elmarit 90mm mounted on my Canon MKII. So, this time I also did a lot of street photography, which will be posted later on on the people thread probably. Here only a few classic views but one . Who ever would like to have a look is welcome - thanks in advance for taking time. [ATTACH]319485[/ATTACH] typical rich decorated facades [ATTACH]319487[/ATTACH] gables of all kinds and ornaments [ATTACH]319488[/ATTACH] I think the people living in Amsterdam are outnumbered by their own bicycles in all variations [ATTACH]319489[/ATTACH] the world comes for shopping [ATTACH]319491[/ATTACH] this idyll still can be seen in many places. People still live a more or les comfortable life in their houseboats.

Bielefeld, Sparrenburg, The low sun at this time of of January goes down at the right angle. for me it was an opportunity for the first attempts of what film and lens could do with the Leica R3 in terms of contrast and colour.
