Dear All, From my reconnaissance earlier this year, everything feels two hours later than the rest of Europe and my advice is to go with the body clock and not the round clock. Even though I normally eat around 7pm, in Seville I was not hungry until after 9pm. I will be booking this restaurant for 9pm and for the One Challenge I will be controversial and say that we meet up at 1pm and not the regular noon. I have not picked a venue for the afternoon meetup. Here is the menu for us, priced at €35. There were options for €40 or €45 per head, but I have asked if the wagyu beef can be offered on the €35 menu. At end of this email, is the list of people I know are coming, please firm up the numbers for yourselves.
