  2. The Philippines' largest public graveyard, North Manila Cemetery, sadly home to thousands of families. Makeshift, shanty “homes” built on top of graves is their only hope. Albeit that these homes are marginally cleaner than the neighboring slums, they’re still disgusting living conditions that Manila’s government turns a consistent blind eye towards. – Shame on you Manila! Inhabitants are among the poorest of the poor in Manila. Many of Manila North's 6,000 plus residents were born here and expect to live their entire life and die here.
