There is a Jacques Henri Lartigue exhibition at the Fondation Folon in La Hulpe / Ter Hulpen Belgium until 14th January 2024. More info here. The foundation is located in the grounds of the Château de La Hulpe aka Château Solvay. A few of us will be meeting up for a visit to the Lartigue exhibition and Folon museum on Friday 12th. Weather permitting a stroll in the park is also planned as is lunch at La Taverne de l’Homme Bleu which is in the same location. Of course everyone is welcome to join us and if interested please let me know and I will add you to a group discussion. Although the Château is not open to the public, the park is freely accessible, very big with some interesting photo ops. Here are a few examples of mine…

Hi Everyone, I had so much fun during our Leica meeting in Brussels this weekend that I decided to organise another one. This time I would like to invite you to join me in discovering the city of Charleroi (it seems that in a recent Dutch poll Charleroi has been elected as one of the ugliest city's in the world ). This time however we will have a guided tour. I found this great organisation called Charleroi Adventure (Charleroi Adventure - City Safari) who organises what they call City Safari's. The idea is to reveal the unknown mysteries of the most interesting post-industrial region in Europe. The date would be (I have to check with them) : 28th of 29th of June. Hope to see you there Have a great day, Frédéric

Yesterday I went jogging with my M9 for the first time. I had attached the MS Optical Super Triplet Perar 35mm, secured it with the Artisan & Artist leather wrist strap and put it in the Artisan & Artist neoprene pouch and was all set, hoping to catch some interesting scenery. The light was quite nice —the sun was starting to set— so I decided to run towards a more open area. And then… I bumped into a construction site with magnificent machinery. Tractors and other heavy equipment, some completely painted white with stone powder and sand. Like sculptures… standing there in an open field. I guess they hadn't stopped working long before because I could still smell the wet concrete and when I came closer, I noticed the engines were a bit warm. There was no-one there, though. So I could walk around freely and take pictures. All pictures are on my blog, click here to view. These are two of them. As always, all your comments are welcome, positive and negative. Thank you for watching.

Hello, I would like to organise a photo walk in Brussels in March or April. Any Leica enthousiast interested to join? I have never organised these kinds of get togethers before, so if anyone feels like helping with the organisation, it would be more than appreciated Kind regards, Frédéric
