I have recently acquired a new Leica Q (with a B+W UV filter). I wanted to share with you the list of accessories that I have purchased, after careful evaluation of my needs and what is available. I am curious as to what everybody else is thinking and using! 1. Bag: I was looking for a small bag to carry my A around, with an adventurer look. Strap: I actually most of the time carry my camera in hand so I wanted a robust wrist strap. I got this beautiful leather strap from Hardgraft: https://www.hardgraft.com/products/slide-classic 3. Hood hat/Lens cover: I am not a big fan of the hood hat that comes with the Leica. I went for the OpTech Mini: https://optechusa.com/hood-hat.html 4. Battery: for my extra battery, I went with the Sigma BP-51 5. Battery charger: I was looking for a smaller charger that could charge with USB. I pre-ordered the Nitecore NITULQ: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Nitecore-nitulq-Charger-Display-Leica/dp/B0772KJ35V 6. SD card: I finally I went with the Sandisk Extreme Pro 128Go UHS-I U3. Does anyone own both a Leica M240 and a Leica M10 with it's respective leather holster (Leica 24016)? I have a M-P (typ 240) - and I'll probably wait for a future M10-P to make a switch - so I was wondering if it would fit in the M10 holster, as it is almost the same size - just 3 millimetres thicker. I'd be just great if someone could do the test and share some pictures. Thanks! Warm regards, Ali Carvalho PS: maybe the Leica Q leather holster (Leica 19503) could also fit the M240/M-P. Leica Q is popular among Travel photographers I am surprised that there is no Geotagging feature, hope Leica or some third party introduce this accessory. Most Leica Q owners will buy it. there are Hot shoe mount Geotagging device available for Canon and Nikon, if that is possible for them why not for "Q"?
