  1. Tulips (M-P 240; Elmar with macro adaptor)
  3. My K&F adaptor for my Minola Rokkors on Olympus MFT worked well, so I ordered a Nikkor AI adaptor for adapting a 24 mm to my Leica M-P 240. However, instead of ordering from them directly, I strongly recommend ordering it from a local/regional/national vendor after having made sure that the item is in stock there. On the basis of my most recent experience, one can't rely on timely delivery when ordered from their website (I have waited for my copy for five weeks [delivery time of 15 days was announced], so I finally cancelled my order).
  4. In my M-P 240, I have just prepared a user profile for my 35-mm non-coded Voigtaender lens after having selected an appropriate Leica lens from the embedded lens list.
  5. I can recommend eddycam (https://eddycam.com/).
  6. I do this regularly with my M-P (240) without any halfcase (which I nevertheless may purchase in the future just to protect the camera). No thumbrest either.
  7. Osterspaziergang (Summicron 50 mm v5, gecroppt)
  8. I never use it. I can't see any advantage, rather disadvantage due to cumbersome handling.
  10. Wenn es preislich günstig sein soll: Albelli. Die Qualität war bisher immer o.k. Ansonsten: WhiteWall.
  11. Hallo Holger, ist das noch verfügbar?
  12. Q plus Olympus E-M10 Mark II with m.Zuiko 45 mm 1,8 (equiv. to 90 mm angle of view). Great quality in a small and lightweight package. Ideal for citywalks and hiking.
  14. At least with my Android phone (Huawei P10), it doesn't work.
Also, here's what Leica said about the Q. Interesting they seem to think the battery/SD card area is probably the weak link for dust ingress, rather than mic hole etc.... "The newer seal is an upgrade to help prevent the dust getting to the sensor but it has never been part of a recall as the number of cameras with the dust problems is still very small. David will fit a ‘shroud’ around the sensor, so hopefully it will never suffer from dust again. This is a modification from Germany, and it was introduced about 18 months after the camera was released. The Q body is quite well sealed but the most likely way for dust to enter the Leica Q is via the battery and SD card areas. The later built cameras had an extra sensor gasket seal fitted and we retro fit these when repairs are carried out. It is this seal that stops the problem from re-occurring not the application of tape over an already well sealed mic."
  16. Interesting, you seem to have got information on this. Just out of curiosity: what are the manufacturing costs of the Q2?
