Leica has released the firmware update version 1.6 for the Leica T (Type 701) with significantly improved autofocus. The new software offers following improvements:

• Performance: The autofocus has been improved, especially in AF-C:
  • + 45% faster at close range
  • + 25% faste in normal range
• Leica TL App: New Leica TL app now available as Android and iOS version.
• Leica SL lenses: Supports OIS function of SL lenses.
• Leica adapter: Support of new R-Adapter L for renowned Leica R lenses.
