moikle Posted August 13, 2006 Share #1 Posted August 13, 2006 Advertisement (gone after registration) Does anyone own this lens particularly with the Macro Adaptor M? I would love to be able to use my M7 for some near macro work (1:3 being the closest as I understand it). Anyone able to post any photographs so I can get some idea of if I'm kidding myself. Thanks Mike

christer Posted August 13, 2006 Share #3 Posted August 13, 2006 Stunning. And how did you develop and how did you scan: from negative or from print?

Guest smep Posted August 13, 2006 Share #5 Posted August 13, 2006 Congratulations Wolfgang for these pictures! I think it´s very difficult to take makros with a viewfinder camera and would recommend to buy a slr for this purpose.
marknorton Posted August 13, 2006 Share #6 Posted August 13, 2006 It's clear the 90mm f4 and the macro adapter can give excellent results but macro is not the natural hunting ground of the M. For such photography, I prefer a DSLR, in this case a Nikon with a ring-flash. Welcome, dear visitor! albertwang Posted August 14, 2006 Share #8 Posted August 14, 2006 Great stuff. Glad I own the 100mm Makro-Elmarit as that is the best macro lens out there. Sorry Nikon!
