  2. Fully agree, the position of both is excellent. Stefan
  3. It isn't really necessary to decant HC-110 into small bottles to stop oxidation, it won't last decades like Rodinal but it will last many years in a half opened bottle. Going back to last years post by the OP, FX-39 is a great developer for slow films, but isn't recommended for 400 ISO or pushing which is why not much information is available on it. With FX-39 and say a 125 ISO film you get full emulsion speed, acutance similar to Rodinal, and a rich tonal range like Xtol.
  4. As you live near Youxin Ye, I'd recommend taking it to him. He will also remedy any other unseen problems the camera may have.
  5. Far a certainly sacred wetted palate ('gehemelte' in Dutch, which also denotes 'heavenly') Leica M-P
  6. If the viewfinder and rangefinder patch look clear just plan on using it after a wipe over with a cotton bud. I would use something other than water, given dampness is probably the cause in the first place and you don't want to spread it if it's still alive. An 50/50 mix of ammonia and hydrogen peroxide will kill and clean on the metal parts, but I'm not sure if it's ok for the shutter cloth. The mould may not have spread inside the camera. For general maintenance when you haven't got a film in it leave the lens off and back open near a window so UV light can kill any residual mould.
  7. Frozen wetness M2 + Summicron 50/2 (v1, rigid), HP5+
  8. An almost perfect mirror . . Lumix S5
  9. Particularly sad because they could turn their hand to any camera or lens without the added drama of a suck of air between the teeth and a shake of the head.
  10. Let's spray some everyday liquid solutions around . . Leica M-P
  11. Hello! It seems the new firmware update removed possibility to set minimum shutter speed in auto iso mode? Now all I see is maximum shutter speed? Does anybody know about a work around here, am I missing something. I want to be able to set my minimum shutter speed in auto iso mode, but dont see anywhere in the menu that I can do this? Anybody have a similar issue?
