There is some wear around the edge of  pop out lens hood, and very small bits of paint wear on areas of the focus ring. Comes with front and back caps, and the leather pouch. I also have a m-p 240 I would be willing to sell with it as a package (asking 2900 for the body, black in excellent condition with 2 batteries, strap, and box)
