  1. Absolutely love this lens. My daughter asked for some shots following her engagement last weekend. She's over the moon with the outcome. M10-P, 75/1.4 Summilux M
  2. My daughter and her new Fiancee B&W M10M, 105/2.5 Nikkor LTM

  6. M10-M 28/5.6 Summaron. Sorry, there's a lot! I had a blast shooting at this picnic. Perfect setup for the subject!
  7. I have an M10-P Safari that I bought in Wetzlar on vacation, and a M10-M that I sourced locally. I don't anticipate going to M11. Very happy with the setup.

Thanks Stuart! Unfortunately she's off track due to Covid. She'll complete/graduate in September and then not start her residency until next July!

Asked me to do her residency application photos. Shot a bunch with the 90/2.0 and the 75/1.4. All M10-P. This was the winner. 75/1.4.
  10. I like the Summaron for this kind of thing. When I started M- Photography I was and still am in love with shallow DOF and associated lenses. I love my 75/1.4 and 50/0.95 (Canon and Leica). But have quickly learned these are not "party lenses" for me! I picked up a Summaron when at Leica a couple of summers ago and it's simple, fast and perfect for zone or hyperfocal focusing. The only problem will be jumping from indoor to outdoor. Could always set ISO to auto for those situations now that I think of it, but I tend to prefer setting ISO manually. It's a great little lens and for me gives plenty of view.
