  1. PhotoZoom Pro 6 gives a much wider range of options, and seems to work fine in just one step.
  2. I have experimented with PS6 quite a bit, but the range of options is quite limited. It is recommended by a few people to do incremental enlargement, in steps of 10%, rather than one step.
  3. 100% crop of enlarged image using PhotoZoom6 crop-expanded by Peter, on Flickr
  4. 100% crop of original image crop by Peter, on Flickr
  5. Here's the original image, street art at Byron Bay. Photo taken with M10, 35mm Summicron 1/125sec original by Peter, on Flickr
  6. Stuart, I purchased and installed PhotoZoom6, and have to say that I'm very impressed indeed. A sample image from an M10 was increased to double the original size. The result is 14400x9600 pixels, 48x32 inches, and 107 Mb. I can blow the image up on my screen to life size, with excellent detail and clarity. From what I can see, the interpolation algorithms are very efficient. I share your surprise at the lack of feedback!
  7. Lots of thunderstorms of late, quite a lot of damage to trees around the countryside. Here's one just starting to brew... M10, 50 APO, mono conversion from RAW file in CS6
  8. Neck straps have a nasty habit of getting caught up unexpectedly. I use my own wrist straps with full confidence.
  9. This has been discussed extensively: https://www.l-camera-forum.com/topic/277060-m10-vs-m246-no-comparision-for-bw/ I have both cameras, but am happy enough with the monochrome images from the M10 to eventually sell off the M246. It depends on the end use of the images really.
  10. I usually prefer images with some human element, but sometimes you see something that quirky a photo just HAS to be taken! Suburban home in Birrong, Sydney, somewhat eccentric owner...
  11. Walking through Bankstown in western Sydney, I was struck by the opulence of this furniture. The business owners were very obliging when I requested permission to take photos, and explained the quality of the furniture and the particular migrant group that purchased this kind of furnishing. M10 with Summicron 35, ISO800, f8 1/60
  12. Couple of people that I follow on Instagram post images of urban decay, and I came across a couple of associated subjects on a road trip down the New England Highway in New South Wales today. The first is an old abandoned picture theatre in a town called Deepwater, and the second is an old service station in Aberdeen.
  13. Check out this thread: https://www.l-camera-forum.com/topic/270870-tight-lens-fit/ For what it's worth the Summicron 50 is the tightest lens on my M10, and it's even tighter on the M246. You might be just too gentle ;>)
  14. Great use of symmetry! I actually prefer the monochrome version of the first image.
