  1. Thank you all for your comments. Very nice to read all the different approaches how to deal with that matter. I will try different techniques, and report back what works best for me.
  2. Hi, Recently I have a hard time to decide between black and white and color when out shooting. I mainly shoot travel/street. How do you decide between color and black and white when you go out with one camera? Until now my approach was to go out with a Leica M and one lens (most of the time a 35mm lens). Can you share your experience with that matter? How do you do it? Carry two bodies? If you are out with two cameras, do you have lenses with the same focal length on each body? thank you cheers, jupp
  3. Here is my MP, also with 0.58 finder. I sold my MP with 0.72 finder and replaced it with that one. Couldn't be happier.
  4. Schöne Serie, gefällt mir. Geht doch nichts über Portra. LG, Jupp
  5. Thank you for your input, very appreciated. cheers, Jupp
  6. I like to get a Summicron 75mm and will mostly use it for portraits. My Leica M2 has no 75mm framelines and I have a MP 0.58 on the way to me. I shot mostly with 35mm and 28mm lenses, I have a 50mm but I don't get used to this focal length (it is up for sale on the sales section of the forum right now) My plan is to use the M2 for 35mm and the MP for 28mm. Can you share your experience with the 75mm framelines on a 0.58 body? Or would it be better to add 75mm framelines to the M2 (and remove the 50mm framelines)? Thanks in advance for your opinions Cheers, Jupp
  7. here is another one, i really liked that beach which was mostly visited by locals.
  8. yes, it was a very funny scene to look at... The men playing in the sand are buddhist monks.
  9. Very nice thread! Here are a few snapshots from Sri Lanka. 35mm Summicron, all shot on film.
  13. Summicron 35, Kodak Ektar, scanned with Pakon 135.
  14. 35 mm Summicron, Kodak Portra 400, scanned with Pakon 135
