Another from Dusk at Harbor with 21mm SEM.....

    Pool Hall Montreal

Hah yes, and if not a shark, a minnow getting under their skin! Thank you Brent, I wasn't going to cover-up the window marks, but considered downplaying them in my processing. Honesty on the street so to speak, must prevail! It would have been fun to go in and shoot some more but we were a group walking. I loved Montreal. David

Decided it was time to pull the 21 SEM out for a first in some time. These were taken just this late afternoon down at the harbor mounted on the M10 David

    Pool Hall Montreal

First visit to Montreal- Out with friends on an evening walk we stumbled past this pool hall and I managed this couple of snaps. -M10 and 35 Summicron v3 David
  5. Very nice, and #1 really spoke to me too.
  6. From 2021 Sad to witness this erosion, but compelling to the eye.
  7. So cool to see these and that they are going strong! Love your photos here Stuart. David
  8. I agree. While wide open the 35 v4 is not the flat field of say 28 Elmarit v4 or these newer lenses, this lens is fully capable of producing a sharp and pleasing group photo like this one. I would stop to f4 or 5.6, and rather than draining the energy of your subjects while trying to hit focus on the eyes, find a clear vertical line of a face or nose, and as Arnaud suggests, using the rangefinder. Don't forget to tell them to say "Persimmon" . David
  9. Thank you Otto. That one was fun as I saw the scene and had no time to think!
  10. It's been sometime since I posted here but fun coming back to see what you are all posting, and for the love of this first MM. I also considered selling mine and have been on the fence. Then I take it out, it's fun in the field and the files are so nice to work with on the desktop. These were made last year one Sunday afternoon at Coney Island
  11. I'm not sure William Burroughs' character would have had any appreciation for a Steely Dane but nice set of pics, I'm sure they are a fun band!
  12. A couple more from last weekend east of the Cascades. Tracks East of Royal City Frenchman's Coulee
