chug Posted July 6, 2006 Share #3 Posted July 6, 2006 I agree, the first one is fantastic. I like the second one as well.
squiff Posted July 6, 2006 Share #4 Posted July 6, 2006 I personally like the third one, the angle and waterfall make the image so dramatic. s
jmr Posted July 6, 2006 Share #5 Posted July 6, 2006 The dark mid-ground gives number one the edge, to my eye.
jlancasterd Posted July 6, 2006 Share #6 Posted July 6, 2006 I like all three of these, but especially No.3. However, the building at the top of No.3 suffers from converging verticals which could possibly be made less obvious with a little manipulation in Photoshop. With any luck, I'll be looking at these views myself in September - I'm booked for a tour that includes the preserved steam line over the Furka Pass. wda Posted July 6, 2006 Share #7 Posted July 6, 2006 Advertisement (gone after registration) #1 is more conventional and possibly more pleasing. #2 has a lack of balance while #3 impresses with its raging torrent. David
