Advertisement Posted July 2, 2006 Posted July 2, 2006 Hi jmr, Take a look here The Royal Exchange, Manchester. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
elansprint72 Posted July 3, 2006 Share #2 Posted July 3, 2006 Excellent capture of the remarkable colours in this building, which we thought might have to be demolished exactly ten years ago, thanks to the attentions of some "Republican neighbours". Glad to have another Mancunian snapper on the forum; we should organise a walkabout some day, there are at least four of us. Cheers, Pete. andybarton Posted July 3, 2006 Share #3 Posted July 3, 2006 Good idea, Pete I have never been in here - looks like I have missed something. I will make a point of doing so next time I'm in town. Thanks John.

Please let me know when you plan do do this - I'm a Mancunian myself (born in Heywood, school in Bury and with a degree in Chemistry from UMIST) and might be able to join you - I can get to Manchester in about 2.5 hours now that the A55 is complete. elansprint72 Posted July 3, 2006 Share #5 Posted July 3, 2006 John, I think that you are mistaken- the A55 is NEVER complete! I think if we do this some time from September onwards there is more chance of getting everyone on board, holidays, etc. Cheers, Pete.

Maybe not - but it's a whole lot better than what we had previously! >I think if we do this some time from September onwards there is more chance of getting >everyone on board, holidays, etc. I'll be in Switzerland for the first half of September.
