ok folks,
i think we all agree that it was a nice meeting over there. the weather was fine, berlin is always worth at least a weekend trip.
but there was some job we had to do there:

yes, right, photographing!

25 participants, 36 shots per person, that makes 900 captures.
subtracting 25 sent into contest there are some 875 left.
don't delete them.
here's where you can post them.

(we all were in the same city, some of us even in the same areas, i guess posting pictures here doesn't affect the anonymous voting)

let's go! :)

Well Andy did post a gentle warning in a thread in the L&T photo forum about premature posting just in case one "stole someone's thunder".

I've been holding off posting a number of shots just in case, that's not only the " 35 rejects" - there's a whole 48 hours worth of photography - but they will eventually appear in the photo forum.

Same here Brian, at the moment I'm only posting shots that couldn't tread on anyone else's toes.

We usually have a 'the ones that got away' thread after the competition has finished. To post images before then from the challenge is possibly unfair because it will be easy to spot peoples work and will also take the impact away from the challenge IMO.

Also taken in the Lustgarten, where I spent most of the two hours. I liked the way people 'owned' the artworks of this place. This image got sorted out, since in my view there are too much motives in one image. I would be interested in your views. :)

James,
I really like your first one: when I was scrolling down, I did a double take and scrolled back up to it.
Most of all above could have been real contenders.

James, I totally agree. It's a lovely image in a beguiling 'looking in on itself' sort of way. Not only a contender I would rate it as winning material.
