Echo63 Posted April 12, 2017 Share #3 Posted April 12, 2017 King Air 300 ? They fly the PC12 out of my local base, as a photojournalist I spent many hours waiting for them to arrive. I love the work they do, the son of a friend has needed a few flights when he has had issues with his asthma. Great pictures, how did you get access to the hangar ? StS Posted April 17, 2017 Author Share #4 Posted April 17, 2017 They are King Airs, not sure, which models. The plane in front has small winglets, which indicates a newer edition, but sometimes, older planes get them fitted for fuel economy as well. I have only flown King Airs in the X-Plane simulation... I visited the RFDS Broken Hill base, where one gets a little tour for a small donation. This includes having a look at the hangar. If this organisation wouldn't exist, it should be invented.
